Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 — draft template pending legal review.
1. The short version
1DEX has no accounts, no e-mail signup and no KYC at the interface level. We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, documents or payment details. Your wallet address and your trading activity are public information on the blockchain, not data we create.
2. What we process
Wallet addresses and signatures — used to display your account data, to verify referral-code ownership and referral bindings, and to compute referral rebates from public on-chain fill data. Referral records — if you join the referral program we store the mapping between wallet addresses and referral codes, plus payout records. Local preferences — theme, layout, alerts, chart drawings and discipline settings are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. Server logs — our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate-limiting, retained briefly.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, use fingerprinting, or profile you. We do not link wallet addresses to real-world identities.
4. Third parties
Your browser communicates directly with the underlying protocol's public API to load market and account data, with your own wallet extension, and with our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy practices.
5. Your rights
EU/EEA users have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) over the limited data we hold — practically, referral records. Contact us to exercise them; note that blockchain data itself is public and immutable and cannot be erased by us.
